I had an outstanding and welcoming experience all around. Since first communicating with CIM, through email, Kevin in sales, offered me a friendly approach. I leave more than two hours away from the dealership in North Carolina. I asked Kevin for pictures and an out the door quote. In a very timely manner he gave me everything I asked for. His price quote was $1K less than a dealer in NC that had the Triumph Speed Twin 1200 I wanted. The following day, I went to their store and met Kevin. He had the bike ready for a test drive. Upon returning from the test drive, he introduced me to Josh in finance who was also a great person to work with. The process was very smooth and painless. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!
